    Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    Join the Providence ExpressCare Tri-Cities team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As a mission-based, community-focused service, clinics provide the perfect work-life balance with a 3-day week schedule. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in their services which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, providing variety every day.

    ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access to communities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. The staffing model consists of a single provider and a medical assistant, with a support structure in place across the system. Included in the generous compensation package is the potential for a productivity incentive. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.     Job Description

    • 3 days-per-week, full-time schedule
    • Both in-office and virtual visits throughout each shift
    • Sign-on bonus is available
    • 2+ years' experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care preferred; will consider new graduates
    • Health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k, and malpractice insurance is provided
    • Compensation is between $125,136 and $164,333 per year
    • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
