General Dentist

We're seeking a General Dentist for a private practice in Bakersfield, CA. If you're an experienced dentist looking for a supportive environment and eager to help an established patient population, this could be a great fit!

Job Description

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, RCTs, dentures
• Ideally someone who does molar endo and placing implants (or is at least open to learning)

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8-5 and Saturdays 8-3 are optional. Open to 3-6 days per week.

Pay

• Open to a 1099 perm at 30% production or W2 with some benefits and 27% production.

Support Staff

• 4 Dental Hygienists and 4-6 Dental Assistants on any given day (3 being expanded/restorative function), practice owner also works daily.
