Job Description

• Triaging patients
• Administering immunizations
• Preparing medical records
• Providing clinical help
• Comforting patients by anticipating their anxieties and answering their questions
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
• Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information
• Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal information
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• Experienced Medical Assistant in Pediatrics
• Must have Medical Assistant Diploma, RMA, or CMA
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• Must have experience with childhood immunizations and vaccines
• Must be comfortable working with pediatric patients
• Must be reliable and punctual
