Our client in Western Texas is seeking a full-time permanent Histotechnician or Histotechnologist to join their state-of-the-art laboratory. Interested candidates must have recent laboratory experience and be ASCP certified as a Histotechnician/Histotechnologist to be considered for this role. Job Description

• Perform histological procedures such as cutting, embedding, grossing, etc.
• Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
• Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.

Requirements

• ASCP certified
• AS or BS Degree in Histotechnology preferred
• Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
