    Job Description

    • Assess a patient's conditions and provide initial treatment to the level of their scope of practice.
    • Assist healthcare professionals by monitoring vital signs, providing care, and performing skills to their scope of practice.
    • Relay important medical information about patients to medical staff in the pre-hospital setting and upon arrival to the Emergency Department.
    • Chart assessments and treatments in the appropriate patient care records.
    • Adhere to standards of ethics recognized by the Office of Emergency Medical Services.

    Requirements

    • Current or eligible Wyoming Paramedic license required.
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and PHTLS Healthcare Provider within three months of hire.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
    • Must meet current facility age requirement to drive a specially equipped emergency vehicle to specific locations.
    • Current Wyoming Driver's License.
