    Job Description

    • Evaluate & Plan Care - Perform comprehensive assessments; develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term functional goals.
    • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy - Provide hands-on and modality-based interventions for orthopedic, neurologic, and general outpatient/acute diagnoses.
    • Lead & Collaborate - Supervise PTAs and students; coordinate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals.
    • Document for Quality & Reimbursement - Complete timely, accurate EMR notes to support optimal outcomes and payer requirements.
    • Maintain Safe, High-Functioning Environment - Inspect and calibrate equipment; follow infection-control and APTA best-practice standards.
    • Champion Professional Growth - Participate in continuing education, performance improvement projects, and community wellness initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Current Ohio Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
    • BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
    • Solid clinical skills across orthopedic, neurologic, and general rehab populations.
    • Clear, compassionate communicator who builds rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
    • Track record of timely documentation and adherence to APTA Code of Ethics.
