    Job Description

    • Implementing prescribed therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of modalities.
    • Monitoring patient progress, documenting treatment sessions, and reporting updates to the supervising therapist.
    • Assisting patients in adapting to physical limitations and achieving functional goals.
    • Supporting program development, departmental goals, and safe clinical practices.
    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
    • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant care environment.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
    • Active PTA license in Wyoming (or eligible for licensure).
    • One year of experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work as part of a collaborative care team.
