    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) - School-Based

    A leading therapy organization in Coastal North Carolina is seeking a full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join its multidisciplinary pediatric team. This direct-hire role is ideal for a licensed SLP-CCC with experience in school or pediatric settings who is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals. You'll work closely with families, educators, and therapy colleagues in a supportive outpatient setting that emphasizes collaboration, clinical growth, and patient-centered care.

    Job Description

    • Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients in a school-based outpatient setting
    • Conduct annual screenings, evaluations, and contribute to IEP development and progress reviews
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ABA professionals
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and coach families for carryover in daily routines
    • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and educational standards
    • Participate in ongoing mentorship, peer support, and professional development

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
    • North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills, a team mindset, and a patient-first approach
