• Setting: Outpatient adult cancer patients
• Permanent role
• Hospital Outpatient Department, Cancer Center, & Radiation Oncology
• EMR System: EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems

Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active OH license & DEA - HIGHLY preferred, willing to consider IMLC
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Flu Vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine - Preferred
• Preference to candidates available for ALL listed dates

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy
• Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
• External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
• External Beam Radiation - IGRT
