Family Practice Physician

Randstad Healthcare has partnered with a clinic in Houston seeking a permanent Family Practice physician.

Job Description

• Must be board-certified in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine (if Internal Medicine, must be able to see ages 3 and older)
• Active and clean Texas Medical license and DEA required
• Expected to see basic primary care patients, including workers' compensation patients, along with performing physicals
• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM
• No call required; will only work a 40-hour work week
• If working Saturday, a half day off will be provided during the week
• Patient volume is 20 to 25 per day
• Support staff includes Medical Assistants, front desk personnel, and occasionally Advanced Practice Providers
• EMR system used is Medinformatix
• Credentialing will take between 30 to 60 days
• Looking for a doctor to start as soon as credentialing is complete

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary is $190,000 - $200,000
• Incentive bonus offered quarterly
• Full benefits offered, including health, dental, and vision
• CME allowance provided
• No relocation offered
