Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Connecticut Medical License; unrestricted licensure required.
• Experience preferred: 2+ years of outpatient practice (not required).
• Comfortable with EMRs; Athena EMR experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; team-oriented and patient-focused.
