The position will provide comprehensive primary care across all age ranges in a team-based, patient-centered, integrated primary care environment. This multi-site health program offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy, and other community programs. Providers enjoy lower patient volume (12-14), no call, no weekends, and no holidays.

Job Description

Requirements

• Candidates must have/obtain an active, unrestricted Oregon license
• Current DEA registration
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
