This multi-site health program offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy, and other community programs. Providers enjoy lower patient volume (12-14), no call, no weekends, and no holidays.

Job Description

Requirements

• Must have/obtain active, unrestricted OR license
• Current DEA and nationally board certified
• Ability/desire to do women's health experience is required
