Their multi-disciplinary team of dedicated providers and staff offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy, and other community programs. Requirements

• Must have or obtain an active, unrestricted Kansas license
• Current DEA registration
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
