Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO)

Join our dynamic, patient-centered Urgent Care team in Melville, NY! We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Physician (MD/DO) to deliver high-quality care to our community in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Job Description

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices and patient preferences
• Care for a wide range of patients, including pediatric patients (4 months+), occupational medicine cases, medical clearances, and acute illnesses/injuries
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in line with facility policies
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans following patient assessments
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, and other studies
• Oversee and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure top-quality patient care

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active NY state medical license & DEA certification
• Experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Comfortable treating pediatric patients (4 months & older)

Facility Hours of Operation

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Open 7 Days a Week
