    Pediatric Cardiac Electrophysiologist

    West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking a Medical Director of Pediatric Cardiac Electrophysiology for its expanding Pediatric Cardiology program. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive academic environment!

    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive care in pediatric cardiology with a specialization in electrophysiology.
    • Collaborate with advanced practice professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
    • Participate in the teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.

    Requirements

    • Completion of a pediatric residency program and pediatric cardiology fellowship program. Additional formal training in pediatric electrophysiology is required.
    • BC/BE in pediatric cardiology.
    • At least two years of post-fellowship experience is highly desired.
    • For consideration at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, candidates must demonstrate a track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high-impact journals.
