Job Description

• Provide care in a skilled nursing facility
• Deliver exceptional patient service and demonstrate clinical excellence

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Applicants must possess necessary computer literacy skills
• Prefer at least one year of experience
• Current CPR certification
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a desire to develop professionally
