RSMC Services is currently hiring for full-time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full-time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

Job Description

• Lead and inspire a patient-centric dental team
• Deliver exceptional, ethical, and high-quality dental care
• Perform full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Present and discuss treatment plan options with patients
• Provide efficient and excellent clinical treatments
• Collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial goals
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members
• Stay updated through continuing education and professional development
• Engage with dental associations and community groups to represent the practice

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient care
