• Start Date: November 2025
• Credentialing: 30-90 days
• Schedule: 7-10, 24-hour shifts/month
• Call: 24/7 with Telenoc backup
• Details: Critical Access Hospital
• ICU Beds: 6
• Acute Beds: 12 inpatient
• Observation: 2
• Swing Beds: 13
• Average Daily Census: 6.4
• Max Census: 20
• Average Daily Discharges: 3
• Average Length of Stay: 2.5 days, 9 days swing bed
• Average Weekly Admissions: About 24 admissions to inpatients, observations, and swing per week

Requirements

• Acuity: Cardiorespiratory diseases, infections, CVA, post ops
• Subspecialty Support: Cardiology, General Surgery, Psychiatry, Anesthesia- CRNP, Urology once a week
• EMR: Cerner Community Works
