Radiologic Technologist
Join our team as a Radiologic Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work night shifts and contribute to patient care through advanced imaging technology.
Job Description
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology is required.
- Valid California Radiology Tech (CRT) certification from the State of California is required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R) is required; advanced ARRT certification in (CT) is also required.
- Proof of venipuncture certification is required. Venipuncture competency must also be demonstrated and documented by the supervisor or his/her proxy within thirty (30) days of hire or transfer into position.
- Recent experience in CT is required; experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Ability to operate all CT equipment and perform all CT examinations independently (e.g., be able to protocol them or work in conjunction with the radiologist) is required.
- Must be seen as a resource throughout the organization and be willing to actively participate on Hospital/Department committees as assigned.
- Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public, and other healthcare providers and demonstrate excellent customer service orientation is required.
Requirements
- Must have a valid California Radiology Tech (CRT) certification.
- Must have current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Must have ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and advanced ARRT certification in (CT).
- Recent experience in CT and ability to operate all CT equipment independently.
Pay Range
$41.19 - $65.41, may be adjusted based on Career Ladder placement.
