Cardiac Advanced Practice Provider

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa, and Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seek a cardiac Advanced Practice Provider genuinely interested in cardiovascular disease and a patient-centered approach to inpatient and outpatient care with a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. The role of this provider would be to provide outpatient support for Heart Care patients. This includes supervising stress testing for EKG, Nuclear Stress, and Stress ECHO within the clinic, placing orders, performing patient visits, medication management, and working closely with the clinic cardiologists.

• Place orders, perform patient visits, and manage medications
• Work closely with clinic cardiologists

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of Pharmacy and DEA
• A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group
• Previous advanced practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management preferred
