    Interventional Radiologist

    Join our dynamic team as an Interventional Radiologist at Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG), a 650-provider multispecialty group practice located primarily in Boise, Idaho. This position offers a traditional work week plus call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekends.

    Job Description

    • Provide advanced interventional radiology services, working with other Interventional Radiologists and Radiology APPs to care for patients with complex conditions.
    • Incorporate advanced imaging modalities with minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a wide variety of diseases.
    • Perform procedures including embolization, thrombectomy, venous access, TIPS, aortic dissection, peripheral arterial disease, biopsies, ablations, stent placements, and others based on training and community need.
    • Work primarily at the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (Level II Trauma Center) with weekday procedures at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa and limited coverage obligations at other locations.

    Requirements

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
    • Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA residency program in Radiology.
    • Successful completion of an accredited Fellowship in Interventional Radiology.
    • Obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC-Boise and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed.
    • Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
