Orthopedic Surgeon
Saint Francis Healthcare System, a Level III Trauma Center, is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our thriving Advanced Orthopedic Specialists Team. Our team has an established referral base to allow for one to focus on an elective practice and is backed by two Ortho Trauma Surgeons to offset call burden. High volume and need for Adult Reconstruction, Hand, and Generalist work. Spine is covered by our Neurosurgeons.
Job Description
- Step into a thriving orthopedic surgery practice with 6 experienced general surgeons, 2 Ortho Trauma Surgeons, and 7 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Clinic Monday-Friday, Flexible OR Block Time.
- Minimal call, 2 days/month; other days covered by two Ortho Trauma Providers.
- Dedicated Ortho Surgical Team, OR Rooms, and Trauma Team.
- Award-winning hospital named in the Top 100 Hospitals in the Nation by IBM Watson Health and ranked as an A-rated hospital by the Leapfrog Group.
- Rosa Robotic System.
- EMR: EPIC.
Requirements
- BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery.
- Missouri Physician license or ability to obtain a license upon credentialing.
- Active Missouri DEA registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing.
- BLS certification or ability to obtain upon credentialing.

- $750,000 base or greater of productivity for the first two years (with RVU compensation model after that).
- $100,000 commencement bonus or a Monthly Stipend option for Residents.
- 10% quality bonus + APP Stipend.
