Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Spanish) to join our growing San Antonio team. This full-time position offers a predictable schedule, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes rather than patient volume.

Schedule & Work Model

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends. Full clinical support staff on-site.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations.
• Conduct preventive, acute, and chronic care visits in a value-based model.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (training provided).
• Deliver high-quality care in a bilingual setting.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred.
