Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations
• Conduct preventive, acute, and chronic care visits in a value-based model
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (training provided)
• Deliver high-quality care in a bilingual setting

Requirements

• PA degree from an accredited medical school
• Current medical license in Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not required
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred

Schedule & Work Model

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends, full clinical support staff on-site
