• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
• Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center with 334 beds and a 34 bed closed ICU.
• EMR: EPIC
• Full specialty support
• Average program census: 170
• Staffing Model: 28 Providers (9 MD/DOs + 2 NP/PAs (7am-7pm), 1 NP/PA (3pm-3am), 1 MD/DO + 1 NP/PA (7pm-7am))

Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center is a 334-bed hospital, non-profit, community-owned and managed hospital. In an effort to meet the needs of the community, the hospital boasts a Center of Excellence in Breast Imaging, has an Accredited Cancer Center, an accredited Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program, and is an Advanced Certified Primary Stroke Center.

Requirements

• Experience: recent full-time FNP, AGACNP or PA hospital medicine: 1 year (Required)
• License/Certification: DEA (Preferred), FNP, AGACNP, or PA certification (Required), LA nurse practitioner or physician assistant license (Preferred)
