Job Description

• Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
• Part-time schedule may be a possibility
• Outpatient-focused with no call
• State-of-the-art procedure suites and support staff
• Broad spectrum of interventional procedures, including spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, ultrasound-guided injections, SI fusions, and lumbar fusion
• Strong referral network and established patient base

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Medicine (PM&R, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or Psychiatry background)
• Passionate about evidence-based, multidisciplinary care
