With multiple established clinics across Oregon, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about preventative care, longevity, and helping patients truly thrive.
Job Description
- Provide direct patient care through in-office visits and telehealth, with occasional same-day appointments.
- Perform comprehensive assessments.
- Order and interpret labs and imaging.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Create personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle modification, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
- Educate patients on prevention and sustainable health strategies.
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, behavioral health providers, and a well-integrated clinical team.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $165,000 base salary annually, depending on experience and scope of practice.

Requirements
- Licensed NP (FNP, AGNP, AGNP-PC) or PA-C in Oregon (or eligible).
- Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Interest or experience in functional/integrative medicine strongly valued.
- Strong communicator who builds lasting patient relationships.
- Comfortable in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
