    About the job

Nurse Practitioners Who Actually Like Their Patients

We’re teaming up with a new-school healthcare group that’s flipping the script on how seniors get care. Think less 15 patients in 3 hours with a soggy tuna sandwich in between, and more you actually have time to breathe, chart, and remember where you parked your car.

    Job Description

    • Outpatient primary care for seniors—no hospital chaos, no night shifts
    • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights, no weekends, and you can still catch Jeopardy)
    • Just patients per day (you might actually get to finish your coffee)
    • Panels capped at 650 (we mean it, there’s a cap)
    • Start date: May 2025 (plenty of time to buy scrubs that don’t have a hole)
    • Pay:
      • $130K base
      • Up to $13K in bonuses if you’re kind, competent, and don’t make grandma cry
      • Total package: $143K+ and full benefits

    Requirements

    • Are a Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of primary care experience
    • Aren’t scared of seniors with multiple chronic conditions (they usually bring snacks)
    • Know your way around sutures, joint injections, biopsies, wound care
    • Hold an active, unrestricted license and DEA registration
    • Can use a computer without calling your nephew every time

    Benefits

    • Your own support team (MA, scheduler, referral whiz—you’re not flying solo)
    • Centers that offer free activities to seniors (painting, dancing, and possibly bingo battles)
    • Uber/Lyft rides for patients, because "my cousin couldn’t take me" isn’t a medical excuse
    • Full benefits: health, vision, dental, 29+ days off (PTO, holidays, mental sanity days)
    • 401(k) match up to 4.5%—you know, for future-you
    • Malpractice with tail (because lawsuits aren’t cute)
    • Parental leave
