    About the job

    Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

She Recruits is partnering with a forward-thinking, patient-centered healthcare organization redefining primary care through a blend of traditional and functional medicine. This is not a volume-driven clinic model. This is root-cause medicine, lifestyle transformation, and meaningful patient relationships.

With multiple established clinics across Oregon, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about preventative care, longevity, and helping patients truly thrive.

    Job Description

    • Provide direct patient care through in-office visits and telehealth, with occasional same-day appointments.
    • Perform comprehensive assessments.
    • Order and interpret labs and imaging.
    • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
    • Create personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle modification, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
    • Educate patients on prevention and sustainable health strategies.
    • Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, behavioral health providers, and a well-integrated clinical team.

    Compensation

    • $125,000 - $165,000 base salary annually, depending on experience and scope of practice.

    Requirements

    • Licensed NP (FNP, AGNP, AGNP-PC) or PA-C in Oregon (or eligible).
    • Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
    • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
    • Interest or experience in functional/integrative medicine strongly valued.
    • Strong communicator who builds lasting patient relationships.
    • Comfortable in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

    Benefits

    • Full medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
    • 401(k) with 4% employer match.
    • Up to four weeks PTO.
    • Malpractice coverage included.

    Why This Role Stands Out

    • Work-Life Balance: No nights. No weekends. Minimal call (one week per year, phone-only). Yes, your time outside of work actually belongs to you.

    • Provider-Centered Support: You focus on medicine. Dedicated medical assistants, administrative support, billing/coding teams, and dictation assistance are built in.

    • Professional Growth: Formal training in functional medicine. Ongoing clinical development. Clear advancement pathways. CME support.

    Lifestyle

If you love the outdoors—hiking, mountains, fresh air—and actually enjoying your time off, this is the kind of opportunity that supports that life. Meaningful medicine inside the clinic. Real life outside of it.

This is a career move for providers who want purpose, balance, and strong support while still being well compensated.
