    Physician Assistant (PA-C)

    Job Description

    • Practice in a busy urgent care clinic providing high-quality, patient-centered care
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
    • Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, splinting, and incision & drainage
    • Provide occupational medicine services as needed
    • Interpret onsite X-rays and laboratory results
    • Deliver efficient, thorough care in a high-volume environment

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • Certified PA-C
    • Active Idaho license or eligible for licensure
    • 1-2+ years of urgent care, ER, or primary care experience preferred
    • Comfortable practicing independently
    • Strong procedural skills and sound clinical judgment
    • Efficient and confident in a high-volume setting

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 annually
    • 1099 independent contractor model offering flexibility and control over your income and business expenses
    • Malpractice coverage provided
