We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Hand Therapist to join our fun, family-like team of therapy professionals in Corpus Christi, TX.

    Must have experience in hand therapy and looking to sit for CHT if not already certified.

    Pay Range DOE: $74,000-$84,000

    Responsibilities

    • Analyzes comprehensive information from formal and informal assessment that is pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine a rehabilitation treatment diagnosis.
    • Performs diagnostic exam to evaluate/assess patient needs of the Upper extremities.
    • Creates treatment plans in accordance with instructions and consent of referring physician.
    • Evaluates patient treatment programs in coordination with the medical staff.
    • Performs written re-evaluations in preparation for patients return for follow-up Physician appointments.
    • Provides services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients.
    • Fabricates custom-made orthotics, and communicates with physician to ensure the patient receives the correct orthotics.

    Qualifications

    • Licensed in Texas as Occupational Therapist.
    • Certified Hand Therapist CHT or anticipate sitting for exam within 2 yrs.
