Job Description

• Work with a cohesive team of two FM/OB physicians, one FM physician, and one PA at our clinic in Mount Vernon, Washington.
• This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek schedule with a 32 patient schedulable hour work expectation.
• Shared 1:6 FM/OB call rotation and 1:12 FM call rotation.
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan in the clinic and perform deliveries (no C-Sections) at Skagit Valley Hospital conveniently situated across from the clinic.
• Our Family Birth Center boasts 21 LDRP rooms and 2 ORs on the unit with dedicated Anesthesia support. Additionally, our Level II Special Care Nursery is supported by onsite Pediatric Hospitalists.
• Benefit from the assurance of having onsite OB Hospitalists available to provide support whenever required.
• This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in-house specialty care referral base.
• Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and Family Medicine Residents from our own SRH Residency Program.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current AHA NRP and Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by time of start.
