**Job Description**

- Shift times: Hours 7 AM to 3 PM; call is from 3 PM to 7 AM
- CRNA takes epidural call from 5 PM to 7 AM and epidural call only on weekends
- Coverage model: Supervision by MDs
- Case types: Endo, Well pediatrics, URO, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, EYES
- Skills: Blocks and epidurals required
- EMR: Medaxion

- Certification requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
