    Job Description

    • Practice within a collaborative Care Team Model in a high-acuity clinical environment
    • Work alongside a team that values clinical expertise, autonomy, and teamwork

    • Serves as a primary clinical rotation site for the University of Arizona CRNA program
    • Supports education, mentorship, and advancement of the CRNA profession

    Requirements

    • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • New graduates encouraged to apply (board certification required prior to start date)

    Scheduling

    • Preferred scheduling and work-life balance
    • 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year
    • One weekend shift per month
    • Minimal night shifts per year
    • No call

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
    • Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    • Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience

    Benefits

    • Yearly compensation based on experience:
      • W-2: $237k-$277k
      • 1099: $272k-$312k
