Job Description

• Join a close-knit, established team of 14 physicians and four advanced practice providers (APPs) supported by a dedicated clinical performance nurse.
• Work with diverse colleagues from various cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Learn and grow alongside experienced leaders, including a former Chief of Staff and chair of Medicine and a previous Hospitalist Director who is now serving as the hospital’s CMO.
• Manage complex cases in an open ICU alongside a pulmonologist who is available during the day and on call at night.
• Participate in running codes and rapid responses with no procedural requirements.
• Collaborate in daily interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management and monthly team meetings.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine.
• Open to both recent graduates and experienced providers seeking a career change.
