Job Description

• Become part of a cohesive and well-established team of 12 MDs, two swing APPs, and a clinical performance nurse at Northwest Texas Healthcare System.
• Work alongside a unique blend of clinicians with diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
• Provide comprehensive medical care and post-operative care.
• Support the code team and provide basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support where needed.
• Procedures are preferred but not required; training is available. This is not a deal breaker.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
• We can consider Family Medicine with 2 plus years of hospitalist experience.
• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.
• New Grads are welcome to apply (2025 only).

• Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $318,500 to $365,000 per year (based on 182.5 shifts/year), with per-shift rates of $1,750 for day shifts and $2,000 for night shifts.
