Job Description

• Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital is a small 25-bed critical access hospital. We are building out a team of 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Our group will hold two team meetings a month to communicate trends, hospital news, and group performance.
• We expect our APPs to participate in multi-disciplinary rounds with case management, nursing, and pharmacy.
• We also encourage our providers to join hospital committees and quality directives.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner board certification required
