We are seeking a day hospitalist and a nocturnist physician assistant.

Job Description

• Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians, 3 APPs, and 1 CPN at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital.
• During the day, we have six physicians and one admitting APP. During the evening, we have one nocturnist physician providing cross-coverage and admissions and one nocturnist APP Monday - Thursday from 5 pm - 3 am.
• We work alongside our hospitalist team and full subspecialty support.
• Physician Assistants perform admissions.
• We meet once a month for team meetings. These are intended to update the team on hospital or group initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference.
• There is a closed ICU. Our team is not expected to do procedures. Residents run codes and rapids.

Requirements

• Board certified ACNP, FNP, or PA-C.
• Hospitalist experience or hospitalist rotations in training preferred.
• Michigan license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
