Interventional Cardiologist

We are excited to announce an Interventional Cardiologist opening in Somerset, KY, located just 75 minutes from Lexington. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a supportive environment with a team of 3 Interventional Cardiologists and 4 ARPNs.

Job Description

• Support an established program and regional market scope of cardiology services
• On-campus services include General Adult Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular Disease Management, Arrhythmia Management, Pacemakers, and Congestive Heart Failure Management
• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization and coronary intervention
• Conduct diagnostic peripheral/carotid/mesenteric angiograms and peripheral arterial interventions
• Provide echocardiography, pericardiocentesis, and myocardial biopsy
• Implant permanent pacemakers, loop recorders, and AICDs
• Utilize Holter and event monitors
