Job Description
- Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
- Manage and coordinate care for critically ill patients while enhancing patient outcomes.
- Learn from skilled colleagues and participate in continuous clinical development.
- Balance professional fulfillment with flexibility and work/life integration.
Schedule
- Part-time (24 hours/week)
- Shifts include overnights (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.), rotating every third weekend and holidays.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as NP or PA.
- CPR certification required.
- 1-2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred; exceptional new graduates with strong ICU backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for caring for a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
