    Job Description

    • Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
    • Manage and coordinate care for critically ill patients while enhancing patient outcomes.
    • Learn from skilled colleagues and participate in continuous clinical development.
    • Balance professional fulfillment with flexibility and work/life integration.

    Schedule

    • Part-time (24 hours/week)
    • Shifts include overnights (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.), rotating every third weekend and holidays.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
    • Current Massachusetts licensure as NP or PA.
    • CPR certification required.
    • 1-2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred; exceptional new graduates with strong ICU backgrounds will be considered.
    • Strong clinical skills with a passion for caring for a diverse patient population.
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
