Advanced Endoscopy Specialist
A leading medical center in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking an additional Advanced Endoscopy Specialist to join its well-established GI hospitalist team. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, a robust procedural volume, and strong administrative and anesthesia support.
Job Description
- Schedule: 2 weeks on (hospital responsibility) / 2 weeks off
- Procedures: ERCP and EUS proficiency preferred, but not required
- Facilities:
- 3 ORs dedicated to GI procedures
- 2 CRNAs dedicated daily to GI services
- Practice Model: Hospital-based GI hospitalist group
- Support: Strong collaboration with surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams
- Environment: Well-equipped endoscopy suites with advanced technology
Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Fellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy preferred (ERCP and/or EUS)
- Eligible for or active Arkansas Medical License
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with productivity and quarterly quality bonuses
- Earning potential: High six-figure annual income
