Join a thriving Cancer Care Center in Helena, MT, as a Hematology/Oncology Physician. You will be part of a collaborative team including one other Hem/Onc physician and two nurse practitioners, offering a balanced schedule and comprehensive patient care through a full continuum of services.

Job Description

• Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology care within an integrated cancer center
• Utilize advanced treatment options including immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy with TrueBeam linear accelerator
• Work in affiliation with Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) at the University of Utah, offering patients access to world-class oncology expertise and innovative treatments
• Collaborate with support services including patient navigators, onsite pharmacists, social workers, and fully certified RN/OCN nursing staff
• Manage 22 chemo chairs; clinic located within the hospital for seamless access to lab and imaging
• Enjoy flexible scheduling with the option for a 4-day workweek
• Contribute to a Commission on Cancer Accredited program with 95th percentile patient satisfaction
• Emphasize strong communication and patient-centered care approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $600,000 with productivity incentives
