We are seeking an Infectious Disease physician for a full-time position in Indiana. This role offers opportunities for teaching with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents, along with the ability to perform basic laboratory services and procedures.

Job Description

• Adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
• Maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply, with full and unrestricted privileges
• Board Certification required within 5 years of Residency Program Completion
