Pulmonary Critical Care NP/PA

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Pulmonary Critical Care team in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This position offers a rotating 7a-7p / 7p-7a block schedule with one week off between shifts, allowing for strong work-life balance.

Job Description

• Manage admissions, initial evaluations, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and prescribing appropriate interventions
• Skills in intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and ventilator management are highly desirable
• Supported by physician on-call 24/7
• Fully integrated Epic EHR
• Non-profit, PSLF eligible

Requirements

• Licensed NP/PA in Virginia (or eligibility)
• Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in pulmonary/critical care or ICU setting
• Strong procedural skills and comfort in high-acuity situations
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
