Compensation and Benefits

• All providers are earning in excess of the 95th percentile of MGMA benchmarks for gastroenterology
• Partnership opportunity available after two years
• Ownership interest in a joint-venture endoscopy center
• Robust hospital-supported incentive package, including a $50,000 sign-on and $50,000 start-date incentive, up to $14,000 in relocation assistance, and a first-year base salary guarantee of $550,000, plus generous production bonus potential through the practice
• Epic EMR integrated across clinic and hospital settings
