Join our dynamic team in a multi-specialty, physician-owned facility located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre, and Crestview. We have been in practice for over 70 years and have a strong presence in the community as the area's largest outpatient clinic.

Job Description

• Type of employment: First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
• Number of physicians: 46 doctors and 34 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP).
• Gastroenterology Department: 2 doctors and 1 Allied Health Professional.
• Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Average patient volume: 18.
• Procedures/Services offered: Colonoscopy, EGD, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, PEG Tubes.

Requirements

• US Resident or Green Card.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship).

Compensation and Benefits

• As an associate, the contract includes a base salary with a wRVU production model, which is based on a specific dollar amount per work RVU produced.

Practice Parameters

• No patients under 18 years old.
• Do not perform hemorrhoid surgery.
• ERCP and EUS procedures are performed.
• No gastric bypass or capsule endoscopies; will evaluate gallbladder but will not remove.
