    Administrative Assistant

    Do you have a passion to help people in need? Are you looking for an administrative position in a healthcare office? Are you comfortable with multi-tasking while giving great customer service to our patients in the waiting area?

    Then maybe this role is for you! SEARHC is looking for a new team member at our Front Street Clinic location in downtown Juneau. Greet patients as they check in, register new patients in our online systems, answer phones and return phone messages, and handle behind-the-scenes office/administrative tasks as part of your daily routine.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years of office experience preferred but not required
    • Medical office experience preferred but not required
    • Knowledge of office functions, computer applications, office machines and equipment, and HIPAA privacy rules
