Healthcare Financial Assistance Representative
Are you ready to join a great healthcare company as a valued employee? In this role, you will use your combined experience performing administrative and/or customer service duties in a healthcare office environment to work directly with our patients in need of healthcare financial assistance. Your primary duty will be to help our patients understand the out-of-pocket cost for their healthcare services and connect them with sources of financial assistance. Job Description

- Connect patients with sources of financial assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete CHAA within 2 years
- 5 years' experience performing administrative and customer service duties, with 2 of those years performing duties such as scheduling, patient registration, health information management, or demonstrated proficiency screening patients for insurance and alternate resources
