Job Description

• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible)
• Opportunity to inherit a strong panel with a diverse patient population
• Collegial practice with solid APP support
• 32-36 patient hours/week
• 16-18 patients per day with light, shared call responsibilities
• Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners' 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care
• EMR: EPIC
• 501(c) Not-for-profit organization
• Clinical affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital
